Herbelicious was born from a love for great food, enhanced by the wonderful flavours and aromas of quality herbs and spices, as well as a desire to eat healthier, more natural, organic foods. This led to the realization that using herbs and spices to flavour foods was not only quick and easy to do, but it was also healthier than using other seasonings that typically contain high levels of salt and other additives. In addition, using organic ingredients is not only better for all of us, but also promotes nurturing the environment. After enjoying the many benefits of using herbs and spices in our own meals, we decided that this wonderful experience had to be shared with others.
We believe strongly in nurturing the environment, therefore we grow everything following the principles of organic gardening. We don't use any herbicides or pesticides, or anything chemical for that matter. We also go to great lengths to ensure that our packaging materials are made from recycled products, and use non petroleum based plastics. When fresh herbs from our gardens are not available, only high quality certified organic herbs and spices are used.
All of our products are produced on site in Eganville. They are available at various local farmers markets throughout the year and from our online store.
