Orders

All orders are payable in full before we ship the product(s). Payment methods include PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay using a credit card. You will be notified via email once your order has been processed and shipped. This notice constitutes our acceptance of your order, and forms a legally binding contract between you and Herbelicious.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. Should your order be cancelled, rejected or terminated your account will be credited. 

Our products are currently only available to Canadian residents. Orders from non Canadian residents will be voided.

Shipping

We currently ship only to addresses within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Items normally ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Since we blend our herbs and spices when you order them, larger orders may take longer to ship. Items are shipped using standard ground shipping from Canada Post. Delivery times are approximate.

Returns/Refunds

We stand behind our products. Should you not be completely satisfied with your order, send the products back within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund, no questions asked. You may also request an exchange for a different, equal priced product.

In order to better serve you, we ask that you include a brief explanation for the reason of the return. If you are exchanging your product, please indicate which product you would like in exchange.

Shipping charges are non refundable and all shipping charges incurred for returning products to Herbelicious is the responsibility of the cutomer.

The payment method used to purchase the returned product(s) will be refunded.

Cancellations and Adjustments

Because we process your order as soon as possible, any cancellation request or adjustments must be made within 24 hours of sending your order. Cancellations or adjustments made after the 24 hour period will not be honoured.

Privacy & Security

Any information we collect is used solely to complete your order. Your information will not be shared or disclosed with any other party for purposes other than to complete your transaction.

All financial information is sent directly to PayPal using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). PayPal securely stores the information on their servers that are protected both physically and electronically. We never see or store any of your information on our servers.
